Why Turkey?

Removed from red meat by my doctor, but still loving the taste of links, in 1998, the idea was conceived.

It took 11 years to put the plan into action and 4 years of mixing ingredients to get the taste that I was happy with.

In 2014, the meat market has changed. Within the last year turkey has doubled in price, because of the health problems associated with eating beef.
